Power of Sound
This was a combined video and stills shoot for an ongoing series at Bose. The series highlights individuals that strive to reach their greatest potential through the power of sound. As a mixed martial artist, Janay Harding is continually working towards her goals as a fighter. We interviewed Janay on her relationship with music as a child growing up, her heritage, and how it all influences her as a fighter today. The Bose sport earbuds are part of the video as well, but as an element within her story and as vehicle to her music. We developed assets that included a main video, vignettes, and a page on Bose.com

MAIN VIDEO
It was a one day shoot where we captured both interviews and training scenarios. We developed a video where we used existing footage, along with day of, and personal photography to create a compelling story for Janay.
PHOTOGRAPHY
We also captured moments of Janay’s training regiment using the sport earbuds.
SOCIAL VIDEOS
We created vignettes for various social channels that drove to a page on Bose.com where people could see the longer form video. Janay also re-posted the videos to her social channels.
STORY PAGE
On Bose.com we created a page that told Janay’s story further through her interview and long form video. It also featured a Bose engineer sharing the story behind the product and how Bose strives to make better products for people like Janay.
